| Description: | In the binding assays, the results were expressed as percent inhibition of the control radioligand specific binding. The IC50 values (concentration causing a half maximal inhibition of control specific binding) were determined by non-linear regression analysis of the competition curves using Hill equation curve fitting. The inhibition constants (Ki) were calculated from the Cheng Prusoff equation. EC50/IC50 measures the antagonist activities on mu-agonist triggered luminescence in AequoScreen cells. |
