| Description: | TrkA was assayed using a fluorescence polarization (FP) competition immunoassay that measured TrkA phosphorylation of polyGlu4Tyr. The reaction was initiated with ATP, incubated 27 min at room temperature, and quenched by the addition of EDTA. The FP buffer/tracer/phospho-Y antibody mix (Invitrogen) was added to the quenched reaction, and FP was measured using an Analyst reader (Molecular Devices) at excitation/emission of 485/530 nm. |
