| Description: | Human recombinant adrenergic β2 receptors expressed in CHO cells are used in modified Tris-HCl buffer pH 7.4. A 50 aliquot is incubated with 0.2 nM [3H]CGP-12177 for 60 minutes at 25° C. Non-specific binding is estimated in the presence of 10 μM ICI-118551. Receptors are filtered and washed, the filters are then counted to determine [3H]CGP-12177 specifically bound. Compounds are screened at 10 μM. |
