| Description: | Assays are performed in 384-well microtiter plates in reaction buffer containing substrate GST-biotin-C-JUN, ATP, and purified activated JNK1alpha1 in the presence of test compounds. After incubation, Streptavidin-APC and Europium-labeled anti-phospho-C-Jun monoclonal antibody are added for signal detection. The signal is read on PerkinElmer Viewlux microplate imager or Wallac Victor fluorometer. |
