| Description: | The antagonistic effects of test compounds were evaluated using HEK293 cells stably overexpressing human TRPV1. Experiments were carried out by measuring cell fluorescence at 25 °C (excitation@488 nm and emission@540 nm) before and after the addition of the test compounds at various concentrations. Potency data are expressed as the concentrations exerting a half maximal inhibition (IC50). |
