| Description: | A fixed concentration of 1.5 µM was titrated with an increasing concentration of the respective inhibitor in protein storage buffer containing 50 mM Tris (pH 7.5), 100 mM NaCl, 3 mM MgCl2, 10% glycerol, and 1 mM tris(2-carboxyethyl)phosphine (TCEP). The fluorescence was measured at 340 nm after excitation at 295 nm. |
