| Description: | A Chinese Hamster Ovary cell line stably expressing human beta-APP were aliquoted into a 96-well plate, and after attachment the medium was replaced with the conditioned medium containing test compounds. After an overnight incubation, the plates were evaluated for the presence of amyloid-beta (A-beta) using a sandwich ELISA. |
