| Description: | The compounds were tested for activity vs. opioid receptor subtypes Kappa (KOR), Delta (DOR) and Mu (MOR) at an initial concentration of 10 μM each, through the NIMH Psychoactive Drug Screening Program (PDSP), operated by Dr. Bryan Roth and his colleagues in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of North Carolina (Chapel Hill, N.C.) through an agreement with the National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). Human KOR, DOR and MOR were expressed in CHO cells for each assay. |
