| Description: | IC50 values were determined for compounds that inhibit SARS-CoV-2 3CLpro using our recently described assay (Hattori et al. Nat. Commun. 2021, 12, 668.) and data fitting methods that were derived from our previous work on SARS-CoV 3CLpro and inhibition by chloropyridyl esters. (Ghosh et. Al., Bioorg. Med. Chem. Let. 2008, 18, 5684-5688) The only differences were that pre-incubation of the enzyme with the compounds was 10 minutes instead of 20 minutes. |
