| Description: | The assays of BRD4 (D1) and BRD4 (D2) were conducted in a 384-well polystyrene plate. The test compounds were first serially diluted in DMSO and the test compound/DMSO were transferred to 384-well plates. The final concentration of DMSO in the assay was 0.1%. 2 volumes of protein/peptide mixture were added into 384-well plates, then 2 volumes of assay mixture were added, and shake for 30 s. The plate was incubated at room temperature for 2 h. Then the HTRF signal on EnVision was readed. |
